We work by appointment only. Once the original meeting has taken place, most of the communication takes place via phone, text and Email. We are not open on Fridays, most holidays and we take 3 weeks of vacation time each year when we are closed.

There is a process that we used in the 90’s when Van Batenburg’s Garage had more customers than we could handle. Before we work on your EV, we ask that you visit us with your EV and bring your service records. This takes about 30 minutes.
