What Worcester EVs
Expects from You
- Partner with us in the service and repair of your EV
- Understand that we are not a typical repair shop and the service is not designed to be quick
- Have a “Comprehensive Inspection” done when requested by WEV early on in the repair process. If you ask us “Is my EV worth fixing?”, a Comprehensive Inspection will be required. This service includes checking for any:
- HV Battery Degradation
- Safety Issues
- Progressive Damage
- Performance and/or Handling Problems
- Convenience Concerns
- Cosmetics
- Be willing to follow our “Preventive Maintenance” schedule for your model of EV, driving conditions, and age of your EV.
- We are open to a select group of car owners that value the service provided and has core values that align with WEV.
- Your EV must be prepared for service before each appointment. That includes:
- Washing the outside and cleaning up the inside.
- Removing all items that are not part of the vehicle.
- Making sure there is at least 50 miles of range on the battery.
- Providing us with any service records that have occurred since your last service here.
- Be aware that your vehicle may be tied up while we order parts, work on another vehicles, or are busy with ACDC customers.
- We also offer HEV and PHEV service to existing customers if time permits.
- Make Checks payable to “Van Batenburg’s Garage, Inc”. We accept most major credit cards, checks and cash. We require payment before your EV is released back to you.
- We will refuse service to anyone that belittles us in any way.
