What you can Expect

from Worcester EVs

  • Time spent explaining our business practices is part of the initial intake process ($100 fee). While the initial intake is done at our shop, we may choose not to add you to our limited customer list. A refund will be issued in the first 15 minutes by us during the initial meeting or if requested by you.
  • The $100 intake fee includes: A maximum of 30 minutes of our time.  Craig and one of our technicians will drive your car, inspect your car, check your car’s computer for problems, and give you an estimate of how long it will take us to analyze the car and get back to you with a report.  This may or may not include the final estimate.
  • All work is done by experienced technicians.
  • We will use OEM parts when available.
  • All work is warrantied for one year or 12,000 miles.
  • We will recycle all removed parts and fluids in a responsible manner.
  • All fees will be explained before you are billed.
  • Time spent educating you and answering your questions about your car will be billed as labor.
  • Our hourly labor rate is one hundred ninety-six dollars and thirty-seven cents.
  • We will treat you with dignity and respect.
  • We will inform you, during your service appointments, of additional work needed or if we feel your EV is no longer economically viable to repair.
