1. If this is your first visit and your electric car is experiencing problems, we will advise you to have a comprehensive inspection. We need to know who the decision maker is so that we can keep the explanation between us and you. Once the inspection has been completed, we will send you over the estimates to get your car back in top shape. If you do not want to invest in your car we suggest you do not have a comprehensive inspection done until you have the funds to fix it all at one time.

  2. When you drop off your car for service, it is our policy to check the car over for any damage, and discuss with the customer your views on maintaining and investing in your electric car.

  3. Please be advised that dropping off your car with no intentions of having it fixed here is not in your or our best interest. Your car will be analyzed (it most likely will be in some state of disassembly). If you choose not to do the work, in most cases, we will put your car back together. You will be billed for our time.

  4. In extreme cases (your brakes are grinding metal to metal) we will not put your car back together again, as it will be unsafe to drive on the highways of Massachusetts. This will require getting your car towed, even if you drove it in.

  5. The way we prioritize the work needed is:

    1. Safety

    2. The Environment

    3. Progressive damage

    4. Performance

    5. Cosmetics

  6. The partnership between Worcester EVs and our customers is similar to your relationship with your primary care physician. It is based on mutual trust and the desire for your EV to have a safe and happy life.
